Start a conversation.

Engagements typically begin with a short conversation to understand what you're working on, what you're trying to decide, and whether Kennedy Consulting is the right fit. There is no qualification process and no formal intake. If the work fits the practice, we'll talk about scope. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.

What to expect

An initial conversation runs 20 to 30 minutes. Bring whatever you're trying to figure out: a current architecture challenge, an inherited environment you're assessing, a board question about infrastructure investment, a decision about modernization sequencing. The conversation is straightforward and doesn't require any preparation on your end.

If there's a fit, the next step is usually a scoped proposal with timeline, deliverables, and a fixed fee. If there isn't a fit, we'll point you to someone or something that's a better match.

A note on the AHEAD relationship

Brian Kennedy maintains an active contracting relationship with AHEAD as Principal Technical Consultant and delivers engineering work to AHEAD's enterprise clients through that relationship. Direct Kennedy Consulting engagements and the 4th Octet practice operate independently. If you are an AHEAD client and want to engage Kennedy Consulting directly, that conversation should start with your AHEAD account team.
